Non - Paint Laquer.

Metalace Restoring and Buffing tape is designed to clean and polish difficult to reach components such as tarnished spokes, rails, tubes and other round edged objects. Simply cut of a length of the impregnated tape, wrap it around the object and polish away! Then finish off by buffing with the other tape. I've used this myself and it really does work!
